Update semi low loader program for machine transport

First Nooteboom 4+6 low loader combination in Germany for Fröhlich Bau Kran und Baustellenlogistik

The company Fröhlich Bau Kran und Baustellenlogistik from Rangsdorf (D) has expanded its fleet with the largest low loader in the Nooteboom EURO-PX low loader program. It concerns the EURO-143-46ICP. Mr. Rainer Fröhlich is the first transporter in Germany to use this impressive low loader combination, with a train weight up to 250 tons, for his customers. This combination, with an axle distance of 1.51 meters, is optimized for the German legislation.

New regulation for axle load monitoring equipment on trailers.

In Germany all vehicles with a §70 approval must be equipped with a system to monitor the axle load from June 2021. Nooteboom uses pressure gauges for this in combination with an axle load table, which complies with the regulations with regard to §70.

Peinemann expands its fleet with three new Nooteboom access platform semi low-loaders

Peinemann from Hoogvliet has been a loyal customer of Nooteboom for decades. The fleet contains many hydraulically controlled Nooteboom MCO and Manoovr semi low-loaders, which are mainly used for the transport of crane parts and access platforms. The newest addition is a 3 axle extendible access platform semi low loader, type MCO-48-03V, with hydraulic load floor for loading on the gooseneck. The semi low-loaders are equipped with all kinds of options, specifically aimed at transporting access platform equipment. A 6-axle Manoovr will be added to the fleet next year.

Nooteboom invests in the latest LUTEC system for effective smoke extraction

A lot of welding work is done at the Nooteboom production site in Wijchen, both manually and by means of robot installations. It is therefore logical that there is nuisance due to polluting welding smoke. An old gas-fired heating system also produced contaminated vapors. No optimum work situation for the production employees. LUTEC, a well-known supplier of a pleasant and sustainable working environment within trailer construction, was also allowed to use its expertise for Nooteboom. After making an inventory of the wishes and research of the location, the new system was implemented. This system contains all facets that are needed to achieve a clean and healthy working environment. Sophisticated air flows effectively remove the welding fumes. In addition, air filtering takes place with a very high efficiency, up to 99.95%.
